CUSTOMER BOOKING- BOOKING FEES STATEMENT ALL BOOKINGS MADE BOTH THROUGH OUR STANDARD PARLOR FACILITY IN SALTASH AND MOBILE SERVICE, NOW REQUIRE A MINIMUM £20 Non-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. PLEASE REFER TO OUR T&C’S PRIOR TO BOOKING. ANY APPOINTMENTS RESCHEDULED BY US OR THE CUSTOMER WILL BE COVERED BY THIS BOOKING FEE AND THE BOOKING FEE AMOUNT SHALL REMAIN DEDUCTABLE FROM THE FINAL FEE OF YOUR GROOMING SESSION SO FORMING PART OF THE FULL COST. THIS BOOKING FEE AMOUNT SHALL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY OTHER CANCELLATION FEES ADDITIONALLY INCURRED, WITH REMAINING BALANCE THEN STILL OWED AS IN OUR T&C’S. IF YOU WISH, BOOKING FEE CAN BE CARRIED FORWARD TO COVER FURTHER BOOKING BY PAYING THE FULL BALANCE ON THE DAY, DEPOSIT AMOUNT THEREFORE NOT DEDUCTED AT THE END OF YOUR GROOMING SESSION. THIS POLICY HAS BEEN ADOPTED DUE TO THE HIGH NUMBER OF LAST MINUITE CANCELLATIONS OR APPOINTMENTS MISSED WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE GIVEN AND IS NECESSARY TO COVER THE LOSSES BY THE COMPANY IN THESE INSTANCES WHERE OTHERS HAVE BEEN DECLINED AN OPPORTUNITY DUE TO THE BOOKING HAVING BEEN ALLOCATED. We run a loyalty scheme for returning customers for our Self Service Dog Wash, and welcome you to ask us for details at any of your Grooming or Washing sessions. This finish time is for guidance only and variable subject to the running of the parlour on the day. A call will be made to you, the customer, approximatley 15 - 30 mins prior to the grooming sessions expected finish, and all Dogs must be collected no more than 1hour beyond this call, or 1 hour beyond the approximate finish time previously given if nobody can be reached by phone. ANY DOGS left with us beyond this time will be charged an additional £5 per 30 minute block i.e 45mins will be £10. This fee is payable on collection. This charge is in the interests of not holding dogs beyond that time necessary. Some dogs are very nervous and we do not wish to have dogs stored and creating issue unnecessarily. We aim to have as near a one to one service as possible in the best interests of your dogs.
